The restaurant of the Bellavista offers a contemporary
interpretation of the local cuisine from Langhe. The focus is on excellent, seasonal raw ingredients
sourced from local artisan producers and manufacturers from the Cuneo province – people and businesses
with whom we share the love and respect for the land we inhabit.
The food offering is complemented by a carefully compiled wine list,
which counts labels from wineries in the Barolo area as much as top-notch bottles from all over Europe.
Customers can also take advantage of the bar service, available throughout
the day and serving aperitifs, soft drinks, coffees and sweet and savoury snacks.
