You can find us in Bossolasco, also known as ‘la perla delle Langhe’ (the pearl of the Langhe), in a valley ideal for meadows, where we produce cheese of an incomparable taste. We milk the sheep of the Langhe (an authentic breed) and the cows (brown Alpina and Piedmontese breed) every day. Then we process the raw milk in order to maintain the typical biological characteristics, no additives added, in the typical cheeses we produce.
